Cradle Gateway Chalets - Moina

Great location with a spacious cabin and beautiful surroundings, though the mattress was nearly unyielding, and various maintenance issues arose, like a broken shower door and thin walls. Communication problems made check-in tricky, and I sadly ended up with an uncomfortable sofa bed for two nights.

everything was good, superfriendly staff, good location really close to the main sights, and cradle mountain. our double room was more than functional. it had a microwave oven, an electric kettle, and a refrigerator. we had the most comfortable few days there.

Helpful staff, it was very pleasant stay.

The location was peaceful there, in a very quiet neighbourhood.

Breakfast with coffee and biscuits was a delightful bonus during our stay at this place.

Additionally, the hotel offered WiFi and breakfast, which was a nice touch.

The wildlife on the road at night made it difficult and stressful to travel back to the accommodation in the evening. there were some issues with cleanliness and odors in the rooms that could be improved.

During our recent stay at Cradle Gateway Chalets, we were impressed by the spacious and cozy cabin we were assigned to. With large windows and a potential garden view, the cabin had great potential. The caretakers were also a highlight of our stay, as they were kind, caring, and cute, making us feel at home.

Although we found the location to be further from Cradle Mountain than expected, the peaceful and quiet surroundings made up for it. The room itself was well-equipped and had all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay during the winter season.
